Career Timeline
Built a multi-agent AI platform with 7+ specialised agents for JMeter and Locust test automation. Self-healing correlation pipeline, RAG across 5,000+ technical documents. Two production systems in daily operation.
Designed and delivered AI solutions across the passport programme under government security constraints. Built a containerised testing framework, AI-driven ETL validation, and an automated security penetration probe.
Led all performance, reliability, and NFT for the UK passport platform. Team of up to 16 engineers across 50+ concurrent engagements. Built end-to-end JMeter execution platform on Kubernetes with full observability.
Founded the Met’s first dedicated performance engineering capability from nothing. Built the team (zero to 12), the tooling, the processes, and the methodology for one of the world’s largest police forces.
Rescued a failing programme at Specsavers. Delivered for IBM at the DVLA, for HP on the UK Prison System, and for the national fire rescue modernisation programme. Trained by Starbase — the UK’s leading LoadRunner consultancy. HP LoadRunner Certified.
